Driven by the client’s input, competitive research, and our proprietary resources, we develop a search strategy and a list of candidates and networking sources.
3. Conduct In-depth Candidate Interviews
Candidates are actively sourced, screened, and recruited. We conduct ongoing interviews with qualified candidates to assess their skill and cultural fit.
4. Candidate Submissions
An in-depth profile, resume and relevant information are presented for those candidates who have been identified as the best fit and have serious interest in your position and company or non-profit organization.
5. Facilitate Your Interview Process
We coordinate all interview schedules, travel arrangements and feedback assessments, including reference checks.
6. Selection and Placement
When the candidate has been selected, we collaborate in developing the offer, working hand-in-hand to negotiate all details including relocation if necessary. We maintain close communication with the selected candidate throughout his or her resignation process.
7. Ongoing Follow-up
Once the candidate is in place, we maintain contact and continue to follow-up with you and your new hire throughout the first year.
